• Pre-order or high-demand items: 5–10 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
• You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships

Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier capacity, weather conditions, or local holidays.

4. Shipping Methods

Depending on destination, package weight, and dimensions, we use:

• Standard International Parcel (economy)
• Express Couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or regional partners)
• Consolidated shipping for bulk or heavy cookware orders
• Regional fulfillment centers when available for faster local delivery

5. Free Shipping – Global Details

• Threshold:​ Orders of $79.00 USD or more​ qualify for free standard shipping
• Coverage:​ All countries and territories worldwide
• Exclusions:​ Free shipping applies to standard delivery only. Express or upgraded services are not included.
• Calculation:​ Free shipping eligibility is calculated after​ discounts and coupon codes are applied, but before​ taxes and duties

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Free shipping covers the transportation cost only
• International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other local taxes
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer​ unless explicitly stated at checkout
• Refusing a shipment due to customs fees does not qualify for a free return; standard return policy applies

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. If a package is returned due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Unclaimed package at customs or carrier facility
• Failure to pay applicable duties/taxes

The customer is responsible for reshipment fees​ (flat $9.00 USD for standard re-delivery).

8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

• If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your item: contact us within 7 calendar days
• If there is no tracking update for 10+ consecutive business days: email customer@sffserver.com
• We will open a carrier investigation and offer a replacement or full refund if the package is confirmed lost
